Worldwide delivery with FedEx tracking
Orders are shipped internationally with FedEx and include online tracking. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Order processing
- Standard contact lenses are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Special, toric, coloured and made-to-order lenses may require additional preparation time because they are ordered from the manufacturer.
Estimated delivery time
For addresses in the United States, the current estimated transit time is approximately 7 days after dispatch. Estimates for other destinations are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the country, product availability and customs processing.
Shipping costs
The exact delivery cost is displayed in the cart and during checkout before payment. It depends on the destination and the contents of the order.
