Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through ContactLenses4US.

1. Contact lens selection

Contact lenses are medical devices and should be worn only after an eye-care professional has fitted the lenses and issued a current contact lens prescription. ContactLenses4US does not provide medical advice or eye examinations.

You are responsible for selecting the exact brand, model and parameters prescribed for each eye. An eyeglass prescription is not a substitute for a contact lens prescription. If your prescription has expired or your vision has changed, consult an eye-care professional before ordering.

2. Orders and availability

An order is accepted for processing after payment is confirmed by PayPal. Product availability is verified during processing. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you using the email address provided with the order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. ContactLenses4US does not receive or store your PayPal password or complete payment details.

4. Delivery

Orders are sent by tracked FedEx delivery. Available services, delivery estimates and the final shipping charge are shown during checkout. See our Delivery information page for details.

5. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has begun. Special-order products may be non-cancellable once ordered from the supplier.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Refund and return policy. Product-specific exclusions may apply, including to opened products and certain made-to-order lenses. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
