Do I need a contact lens prescription?

Yes. Contact lenses should be worn only after an eye-care professional has fitted the lenses and issued a current contact lens prescription. An eyeglass prescription does not contain all the information needed for contact lenses.

Which parameters should I choose?

Select the exact brand, model and parameters prescribed for each eye. Depending on the product, these may include power, cylinder, axis, addition, base curve and diameter. Review both eyes carefully before adding the product to the cart.

How do I place an order?

Choose the product and prescribed parameters, add it to the cart, enter your delivery address, select the available shipping service and continue to PayPal to complete payment.

How can I pay?

Payment is available through PayPal. ContactLenses4US does not receive or store your PayPal password or complete payment details.

How is my order delivered?

Orders are sent by tracked FedEx delivery. The available service, estimated delivery time and final shipping charge are shown during checkout. Tracking details are provided after dispatch when available. See Delivery information.

Can I return an order?

Eligible unopened standard products may be returned within 14 days. Exclusions may apply to opened products and certain special-order lenses. Read the full Refund and return policy before returning anything.

How do I reset my password?

Use the password recovery link on the sign-in page. Instructions will be sent to the email address registered with your account.

How can I contact the store?
